State Council Minutes
The TUSA State Council is the peak body for student representation in the Association and meets monthly. The minutes from these meetings are made available publicly and can be accessed below.

NOTE: In February 2024, a motion was passed by the State Council that a new reporting structure be introduced from March 2024 which allowed for the publication of representative reports. Representative reports from before March 2024 are therefore not available.
Meeting Attendance Table
In April 2024, the State Council voted in favour of implementing a meeting attendance table to show which representatives attend which State Council meetings in a visual format.
If a representative is listed as an apology, this means that they informed the State Council ahead of time that they would not be able to attend. If a representative is listed as absent, then they did not do this and their attendance was unexplained at the time of the meeting.
