TUSA Board of Management Subcommittee Minutes
Beginning in late 2022, the TUSA Board of Management resolved to establish two board subcommittees, those being the Finance, Risk and Compliance (FRAC) subcommittee, and the Governance subcommittee. These committees provide input and recommendations to the broader TUSA Board of Management for resolutions.
