Our society will provide community and networking for HDR students within the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture. A PhD/MSc can be lonely and isolating, and our society aims to create a safe and welcoming network of peers, with social activities and events where TIA PhD and MSc students can come together. We welcome suggestions from TIA HDRs on the kind of social events and workshops they would like to see run during the year.
The committee meets during the first week of each month, and members are welcome to join as observers or contribute through site reps.
