Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you as UTAS requires a current public liability insurance policy for an amount not less than $20 million.

Acknowledgement*

I acknowledge that TUSA will only provide equipment that I have requested to hire, I will supply all other equipment I require. If I have requested a Big Lot and am supplying my own marquee (max 3x3m), I will also bring my own marquee weights (no stakes or pegs due to asphalt).

I acknowledge that I need to upload my proof of public liability insurance (no less than $20 Million).

I acknowledge that I have to stay for the entire duration of the event (11:30 am to 2:00 pm), and won't bump out until after 2:00 pm.

I acknowledge this is a smoke-free campus (this includes vapes) and smoking is not permitted.

We'd love for you to get creative and adopt an environmentally sustainable way to promote your services to students on the day.
