The Student Living University Gardening Society (SLUGS) is a community initiative aiming to provide fresh fruit and vegetables all year round to UTAS students and staff. We focus on achieving a cyclic sustainable system of sowing, growing, harvesting and composting. Members will learn all of these skills at gardening workshops held every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm.
