Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you as UTAS requires a current public liability insurance policy for an amount not less than $20 million.

Acknowledgement*

I acknowledge that TUSA will only provide equipment that I have requested to hire, I will supply all other equipment I require. If I have requested a Big Lot and am supplying my own marquee (max 3x3m), I will also bring my own marquee weights (no stakes or pegs due to asphalt).

I acknowledge that I have to stay for the entire duration of the event (11 am to 2:30 pm), and won't bump out until after 2:45 pm.
