I consent to the above expression of interest, and to act according to the Position Description for this position if appointed, and declare that I am qualified under the Constitution to be appointed.

In order for the TUSA to check my eligibility for the role, I provide permission to the University of Tasmania to release my enrolment, study and conduct details relevant to the position I have submitted an EOI for.

If appointed, I will make myself available to attend strategic and operational planning as well as any relevant development activities required (organisational and role specific) throughout the term of my appointment (including the period between November 2024 and February 2025) and will abide by all TUSA policies and procedures, in accordance with the TUSA Constitution.

I have reviewed the TUSA Constitution and Rozelle President Position Description and confirm that I meet the enrolment conditions for the position, to be best of my knowledge.
