Sri Lankan Society is formed with the intention to generate a warm, welcoming environment to Sri Lankan students and their family members. The society annualy hosts social events such as Sri Lankan New Year celebrations. The society conducts cultural workshops fortnightly on Saturdays from 1 to 5 pm at Newnham campus where the members engage in cultural activites on Buddhism and Sri Lankan language.
