Free Cooking Classes for Students: Let’s Get Nourished

TUSA invites UTAS students to our FREE cooking and gardening workshops! This program will cover nutrition, cooking, gardening, food preservation, and sustainable practices. You will learn how to nourish your body to help you feel your best and improve educational outcomes!

You will leave class with new skills, recipes, and tips. Best of all, you’ll have delicious fresh food to enjoy!

City of Hobart, Urban Sustainability Grant

$10,000 granted in support of the Food Education Project.

The Tasmanian Community Fund, Community Action Grant

$50,000 granted in support of the Food Education project. The Tasmanian Community Fund is an independent Fund that supports and strengthens Tasmanian communities by distributing funds to those communities.
