Please note that due to limited resources, TUSA does not guarantee the availability of equipment. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT*

As TUSA is a non-partisan organisation and does not endorse any political candidates, I acknowledge that I will not bring any political candidates to this event.

I acknowledge that I have to stay for the entire duration of the event (11 am to 2:30 pm), and will set up between 9 am to 10:30 am pack down between 3 pm and 5 pm.

I acknowledge that Clubs/Societies collecting any hire store equipment must collect them from TUSA by the 14th August 2024 (at the latest) during normal office hours (9 am to 5 pm)

I must not smoke anywhere on-campus (this includes vapes).
