PARTICIPATION

5. We will organise for our UTAS teams to each have a 1 x 1.8m trestle table. We will aim for these tables to be located together under marquee/shade or indoors (weather dependent).*

I understand

We will supply a trestle table. Chairs will be dependent on availability on the day, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please feel free to bring any other materials for your table to advertise your team.

Acknowledgement*

I acknowledge that if I am supplying my own marquee (max 3x3m), I will also bring my own marquee weights (no stakes or pegs). I will bring my own merchandise/equipment as required by the stall, and contact TUSA with any changes, ahead of time.

I acknowledge that I have to stay for the entire duration of the event (11 am to 2 pm), and will set up between 9 am to 11 am and agree to remain until 2 pm. Packing down between 2 pm and 3:30 pm.

I acknowledge this is a smoke-free campus (this includes vapes) and smoking is not permitted.

I acknowledge this is an alcohol free event.
