I agree to be present for access and closure of the room or venue at the time specified on this form, and understand that if I do not attend there may not be staff available to assist. I accept that the club or society noted above will be responsible for the care of the abovementioned TUSA rooms and venues, and all furniture, fittings and amenities provided for the agreed time period. The space must be left in the same condition as it was when access was granted, and the club or society will be liable for any damage that may occur during this time and any related costs incurred will be at the club or society’s expense.
